Social responsibility
For many years, GSB fulfils its social responsibility and leads young people closer to the labour market. This is done in many different ways: school and student internships, supervision of bachelor thesis, cooperative engineering education or professional training in cooperation with the Education Initiative Rheinland (AIR).

GSB is an international, innovative medium sized company in the area "electrical engineering". We combine the expertise of an engineering consultant with the practical experience of an industrial installation company.
Our company is located in Rommerskirchen with very good access to Cologne / Dusseldorf / Mönchengladbach and Bergheim.
We see ourselves as service providers for the refurbishment, expansion and upgrading of power supply systems. For well-known customers we are the flexible partner for individual solutions. Our success is based on the optimised process of project management, engineering, installation and commissioning. Maintenance, testing and repair are included in our scope of service.

Education Initiative Rheinland (AIR)
The Education Initiative Rheinland GmbH (AIR) is an initiative of our longstanding customers Bayer and CURRENTA. This is a supported pioneering initiative of the Chambers of Commerce, the Chambers of Crafts, the employment agencies and the chemical associations. In particular, smaller or specialized companies such as GSB, which cannot provide all the required training contents independently, benefit from the training in AIR cooperation. Together with the AIR we are currently training in the occupational field "Electrotechnicians for operations (m/f)". The apprenticeships for training 2021 are occupied – we are gladly accepting applications for 2022.

As a learning organization, we constantly adapt to the requirements of our customers / markets. This means that new business and requests arise, which are often possible to accomplish with personnel already within the firm, who are able and willing to meet the new challenging educational and occupational demands. Referential examples of this can be shown in the areas of high current rectifier, 3D design, international installations and live working(AUS).
